Smogenbryggan, Smogen

This a very beautiful place! It is packed with tourists in July but you can still take a nice photo! There are also many restaurants, shop and other cute things to see! I would definitely recommend going to take a look and also having dinner at one of the restaurants there. You should also go up the stairs and see it from above. It has a different perspective which is also quite beautiful. They have public toilets at the top and a parking near by but I recommend to park the car on the other side because it can get crowded

A beautiful town and tourist attractions on west coast of Sweden. The street is also have many clothing stores, restaurant and bars. If you go further from the point of colorful houses, you have to trek little but to reach upto a view point to the extreme west of the island. You get nice view of the Sea and if you like photography you don't wanna miss this point. Though I'm not a professional photographer but clicked few which seems amazing in this beautiful scenic. I guess there are 3-4 view points and you can spend full day here very easily. Restaurants are expensive. Buses are not frequent but every hour.

Beautiful place, worth to visit definitely. I would prefer "winter" season (September/October) and during working days so the place won't be overcrowded. We were there in the first half of September, Wednesday, around 2pm and almost all restaurants were closed. Just few tourists, which was positive. What I don't recommend at all is the Light festival which happens each year. It was so boring! Just few projections on houses or rocks and few other boring places with lights. OMG! Who can find this interesting??? Thousands of people coming to see this?? The ticket is 150SEK - ridiculous, you pay to see nothing.

Beautiful place. The camera could not capture the real colour of the houses. They are so cute and super photogenic. We spent over an hour here despite the very cold weather There's also a public toilet just up the stairs which was very convenient.

Such a beautiful place! ❤️ no wonder there’s a lot of people visit here every summer. It is one of the best tourist spots in west coast of Sweden.
