Visit the clear turquoise waters of Lake Brienz, located just north of the Alps. The towering Swiss Alps border the lake, with the town of Brienz nestled in the eastern section. One of the best ways to explore the 14 km (8.7 mi) long lake is by boat--passenger ships have been in operation since 1839. The lake also serves as a great starting point for hikes around the area and into the surrounding mountains. One of the most popular walks runs along the southern bank of the lake from Bonigen to Giessbach through Iseltwald.     Lake Brienz in Switzerland is amazingly beautiful. I have never seen such a beautiful place. It has clear blue water, and surrounding mountains, creating an indescribably peaceful scene. I wish to visit this place again

    The most beautiful lake with a turquoise color.🌊 Boarding 🚢in Brienz and with stops at beautiful places, you can sail on beautiful boats to Interlaken🥰

    it's such a beautiful and must visit place. small village with picturesque scenery and emerald water. if you're staying in Interlaken, you can freely hop in that buses going to iseltwald (the hotel/hostel must give you guest card)

    Beautiful view from the cruise through the lake, although sunglasses are a must (as I learnt to my detriment)! When we stopped by Iseltwald, a fun moment happened when a friend mentioned "Crash Landing On You" and two strangers immediately chimed in on the topic. The power of K-dramas!
