    Really nice viewpoint over the surrounding towns and the Limmat. Unfortunately it was a bit foggy the day I went so the view was not as clear but I will definitely head back in summer! If you're a bit sporty it's around a 3 hour hike round trip from Schlieren and a big part of it is through the forest which is really nice!

    I was intrigued by this distant tower-looking structure and decided to head over there on a short hike. Superb view of Limmat valley and other surroundings 😍 There's a restaurant at the base of this observation tower which I'm sure you won't miss 😉

    Open 24/7, free admission, barbecue area, forest hut, water source, half an hour's walk from the parking lot. A great destination in the middle of the Limmat Valley with a wonderful view far beyond. A surprisingly worthwhile destination for a day trip.

    Lookout tower built in 2010, with perfect views to Dietikon, Spreitenbach. Nice easy hike to the tower
