  • This is a nice art gallery that is worth finding out the route to. Be prepared for walking as it is large and over a number of floors. There is a Henry Moore sculpture in the park outside.

  • It is free to enter this museum. It is one of the best Museums we have visited. Huge in terms of space and collection displayed. Paintings are stunning and art pieces are gorgeous. Staff is friendly. The restaurant is good too with limited vegetarian options but nice. Will recommend all tourists to definitely visit this place.
  • The museum has a "pay as much as you like" policy which is really nice to make it affordable for all people while still finding a way to maintain the museum! The collection is big and offers a wide variety of artists and epochs of art history. Besides the collection of paintings, there's also an archaeological exhibition and one about time. Be prepared that these two exhibitions only have description in French, but there's free WiFi so you could easily translate the texts. A nice add on were also the free menstrual products in the bathrooms 😊👍🏻
  • Have been to different art museums in switzerland but I daresay this could be the best one. We love a very playful exhibition "draw your own conclusion" and it made our tour very fun and lively. The museum is also free (surprisingly) with "pay as you wish" concept. Must visit if you are in Geneva, even if you are not so into Art.
  • The museum is free and it closed at 6PM. You can contribute to the museum as much as you wish. The staffs were helpful. It was quite big and there are artworks from different countries. We was in rush because we went there at around 5h20PM. We wished to have more time to enjoy it. Totally worth the visit.
  • The museum is free to enter and has 5 floors, each dedicated to something different: artworks (paintings and sculptures), a temporary exhibition (closed when I was there), history (an exhibition on time and Swiss armoury), archaeology, and regional archeology. The breadth of what the museum covers means that there is some sacrifice of depth. I felt like the ordering and layout of the rooms in each floor could use some work - at times, it felt jumbled or disconnected. Explanations are also available only for certain pieces, and most don’t have an English translation. There are lockers to place your bags and a cafe that has both indoor and outdoor seating. Overall, quite a nice museum, and I spent about 1.5-2 hours exploring.
