Observation Decks, Kloten

a great and a fancy modern observation deck with huge space, basically on an entire terminal roof! There are many interesting informations and interactions for the visitors such as live radio transmission from the tower, flight Infos of the aircraft standing in front of you, different seating options, a huge children's playground at the head of the terrace which is basically the top spot of the deck as it's just like 150m away of the runway. three negative points however are the strict security measures (due to the proximity to the planes), the expensive rates and the incomprehensible early closure (winter season: 5pm🙄).

So fun watching the action up close! The highlight was watching the long haul flights depart right next to us. Please treat yourself and come here!

super fun place for kids, but not only, mostly on a sunny day, otherwise litlle bit windy. Got a check in gate, but no waiting time. Also has restaurant. If you don t have a flying ticket, you pay 5chf entrance. Worth every penny!

Good experience, you can watch the plane up close. If waiting for boarding is too boring, you can come and have a look. There are some knowledge related to airplanes. You can enter for free by using the Zurich card, otherwise will be charged.
