Took a few flavors of the bar/bark they have. Blackberry was awesome as was macadamia nut. Recommend a small sample of the many varieties so you enjoy as many flavors.

A friend had recommended that this was the best chocolate shop in Switzerland—and she was right! Glad it was available in the little town of Zermatt! It was a wide selection of chocolates and even featured limited edition and seasonable flavors. It is quite overwhelming to choose as they all look so good, and honestly, would’ve loved to try it all. We ended up trying the milk and dark chocolate macadamia, and the family was easily obsessed with both!! We want more… The nuts seem to be covered in caramelized sugar before mixed in with the chocolate so you have this subtle crunch of nut and crystallized sugar together with the chocolate. We had also bought some pre-packed boxes of milk and dark chocolates so hopefully they are as good and have the same quality. Highly recommend this brand!! Artisanal quality chocolate!

Amazing chocolaterie in front of the Zermatt Station. Perfect for all chocolat lovers. The team is very nice and friendly. From standard bar de chocolat, actual big pieces of chocolate, heart chocolate, and all sorts of chocolate. It’s perfect for gift or even to enjoy some gourmandise. It also open 7/7 which is a big plus. The chocolat au lait with pistachio and Hazelnut is absolutely delicious.

Utterly disappointed with my shopping experience at this store. We visited the store on 8 Dec 2022 at around 3.30 pm and purchased more than CHF 70 worth of chocolates. The cashier asked if I wanted a bag, when she had fitted everything nicely into a bag for the previous customer in front of me without asking. The cashier had also given that customer a packet of free chocolate, telling her that it is on the house. However, when it was my turn, the cashier did not mention anything about the free chocolate. Seeing that the previous customer received the free chocolate after a purchase of about CHF 50, I asked how much I had to purchase to get the free chocolate. The cashier dismissed my query and asked if I was referring to free samples. She then asked me what flavour I liked and gave me a broken piece from the counter with her hand. I was so offended that I rejected the sample and left the store. We are appalled by the terrible and biased treatment from the cashier. We are Asians and we hope this incident has nothing to do with racism.

Today we had our wonderful time in Zermatt until we entered this chocolate store infront of the train station. The staffs were friendly. I love the place and was amazed by the chocolates of different kinds. Me and my friend bought some. When we were standing in a queue to pay, we were not entertained by the cashier. She overlooked us eventhough we were just infront of her and there was a clear queue. We just didn’t get it why she jumped over us and entertained the people behind us. We were shocked. The women behind us told her that it was our turn first. After paying our item she gave us a voucher to present in a chocolate store to avail a free chocolate. I hope she did this because she got a bad conscience after what she had done to us. We are from Asia travelling around Europe, I hope that the way she avoided us is not about racism.

Team is really nice - though a little understaffed for the crowd (on both occasions, only saw one staff member). Good selection, and also nice place to top up for the chocolate you're going to be binging on for the next few days!
