Chiayi Park is like an oasis in city. On the top of a hill, there are many things: a tower, a baseball ground, a Confucius temple, a museum and so on. The entrance is free. It is a nice place to take.... more

I used to go here as an infant and child with my parents and relatives and the park has expanded and become more developed all whole keeping its natural feel and it feels like the city is instead building around it rather than into it. The nature is amazing as well as all the sights and it's a really good place to take a walk; nothing too challenging.

Shooting Sun Tower is a 10 story building Ticket 60 going up to the top for panaroma view of Chayi city JaoHe18 is a historical Japanese style wood made building, now coffee and cake is available in this museum

A beautiful park next to the baseball stadium, also leads into a small botanical garden..It was a beautiful morning to take a walk at 5 a.m with light rain drops. The ancient look of historical buildings not many however absolutely beautiful. People working out in groups throughout the park.. Even more beautiful at night.

This park was built by the Japanese and has continued to expand. There are so many beautiful trees that create the perfect canopy to keep the burning sun at bay and varying paths to walk around, with plenty of physical activities to keep the kids busy. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice environment, good vibe and plenty of facilities and historic sites. Great place to exercise, take a walk, sightsee or just have fun! Pretty tranquil in the evening with cool breeze touching. It connects with Chiayi arboretum, making it look broader.
