  • A boring place. Will take you to observe it like 20 mins. This is a japanese style house with some porcelain exhibition.

  • One of the things I really appreciate about Chiayi is how well-kept and well presented the attractions are. Because it is a small city, nothing is ever over-crowded or too busy. It's an undiscovered....  more

  • The museum is quite small, but I love the japanese style architecture. You'll be able to learn a lot, however unfortunately there's no english text inside. They also sell some unique gifts and souvenirs, but the price is a bit expensive. They also sell great teas and cakes, also a bit expensive. However the atmosphere of the cafe gave such a cozy ambience, and with the garden view, it was such a relaxing seating area.
  • J18 means 1943 Very old Japanese style building Take a tea or coffee inside Spend the afternoon time
  • Lovely place to explore, the cafe was so peaceful and the cake was delicious! Nice for escaping the heat too. Kind workers that gave us free biscuits (faulty design) - they were delicious
  • This place is magical. Just to be able to walk into an old Japanese hinoki structure and to smell the wood while walking barefoot on that silk smooth wooden floor, the floor boards creaking ever so gently.
  • 50NTD entrance fee and nothing much inside It is a restaurant inside and sell a souvenirs. Small musuem only available in chinese, no English There is small garden behind the musuem The staff service is aggrassive and confusing The soft-serve ice cream selling in front of the ticket booth taste nice but a bit pricey.
