    The quality of visiting the highest point of Taiwanese roads depends heavily on the weather that day. In good weather, the sky is often clear due to the altitude and the view there is nothing short of glorious and magnificent. Regrettably, Wuling is a location that is prone to precipitation many days of the year, which is why luck plays an incredibly large role in your visit.

    Breathtaking views, totally worth the long winding road to get here! Come in the day and in the night for a different experience! Wish my camera phone could do it justice 😄 however temporary public restrooms were not clean and stink - be warned!

    Was heavily fogged when we drove past this iconic mountaintop. The road up here is treacherous as some parts are single lane road BUT for two-way traffic. The famous pavilion is under construction and will be reopen by mid Feb 2023.

    Wuling is a beautiful place to visit. Great views of the Taroko national park.

    Cycling to Wuling from the East Coast is an unforgettable experience full of pain and suffering. Whether you choose to go from Hualien or from Yilan won't matter, your legs will be crying during both routes. The views are well worth it! Enjoy the ride down!
