Lungshan Temple, Taipei

Visited this temple during an interesting ceremony involving tall puppets that are meant to resemble the gods. Its a great place to see cultural heritage of Taiwan when in Taipei, and is also near some night markets. Its also an active worship site so many devotees come here to pray. Definitely one of the most interesting experiences I had in Taipei, would recommend tourists come.

Longshan Temple in Taipei is perhaps Taiwan's most well known and busiest place of worship, but packed with tourists. Beautifully painted carvings of dragons and such and paintings are everywhere. The smell of incense permeates the air. Make an offering, light a stick of incense, bow your head, and say a prayer, can't hurt. Lucky charms for various hopes are also for sale. There is even a small garden. This is really a must-see place when visiting Taipei for the first time.

A place with powerful energy. A Buddhist temple is a sacred place, with a special construction of high walls - splendor. When we went inside, there was a feeling of joy, calmness and peace. There are a lot of people around who have come to pray. A special melody sounded, all this left a pleasant impression. Thank you🙏🏼🙏🏼

A very beautiful and sacred temple. Very conveniently located next to Lungshan Bannan Line Station. Just two stops from the Taipei Main Station. We have been here both during the day and night which give you different feel. You can feel something very special and good vibes all around while you are in the temple. A must place to visit while you are in Taipei 🙏🏻🇹🇼

This is the temple that I will always come to visit when I am in Taipei. The temple is clean. Always full of people, from prayers to tourists. Things are all well displayed with signs of where to start praying and move from which to which. Very well provided with praying items
