It's a solid art museum housed in the corner factory of Taiwan alcohol and tobacco bureau. The restored and renovated is gorgeous with amazing natural light. The exhibitions were well-curated. There was a strong representation of artists from the central region of Taiwan. The ticket was $50 and it's definitely worth a visit if you are in Chiayi.

The space is bright and neat, yet not many exhibitions to see, around 70% of the space is closed which is quite a shame. Washroom is very clean. They have free lockers for luggage storage (need to leave a form of ID card).

Wonderful museum with awesome tour! Gotta visit it when you are in Chiayi! Poju’s guided tour is such a great experience!

Visited at night, the museum was closed however it looked like a great place to stroll around. A cafe & bookstore at ground floor. Spacious & lots to see. Would visit again.
