One of the more popular walks within a major national park, Baiyang Trail leads to a splashing waterfall. Part of the trail requires you to enter a tunnel carved into the side of a mountain, so make sure you wear non-slip shoes and carry a flashlight. In my opinion the best short trail in the park. It has it all - nice canyon views, several tunnels, an old bridge and a waterfall at the end.

The trail is very easy, almost no elevation. I saw plenty of people with small children. Not too long either. Be aware that the shower cave is actually dark. So without good lighting getting good pictures/video's of it will be hard. Definitely worth the walk!

One star as currently closed beyond the first observation platform. No information provided until at the car park. We were at the visitor centre prior, and no mention of this by the staff even we repeatedly asked whether there is anything else we should know about the current state of the park. Car park and toilet at the beginning of the trail. Walk into the tunnel to access to beginning of the trail. A torch is recommended but not necessary. Lots of baby stalactites in the tunnel. Scenery up to the first observation point is okay, not really worth it at the moment. Photos provided were the best shots along the way.

This trail is well worth the hike. It’s about 40 minutes each way, but you end up seeing some truly one of a kind spots. Between the rock falls, pitch black tunnels, and the waterfall cave at the end, I recommend bringing at least a poncho. We got helmets from the free helmet station as well.

We're so excited to go for this trail. It took us a long time to choose this trail among the others because it's doable for people with bad knees. It's pretty beautiful there. Just a bit disappointed because half of the trail is closed.

A trail that is accessible by walking from 天祥 7-11 or service area. Takes around 10-12 minutes of walking along the highway, which you have to keep as close to the wall as possible due to passing traffic. Would advise to park at 天祥 and walk over (around 700m to 900m) as there is only a space for parking of two to three cars along the highway. The entire trail is 2.1km long with beautiful scenic views!! There is a waterfall at the end and a tunnel with running water whereby you can enter. Would advise to bring along slippers and raincoats and a waterproof packaging for your phone! Very beautiful trail, Must visit!!!
