  • Excellent hike on Elephamt mountain and seeing the neighborhood with the hot springs. The day was well arranged and we took in a lot of what TaiPei has to offer.

  • Every time we travel, we would usually prefer exploring on our own. But this time I opted to book a tour (Tea of Taipei; Small-group tour). We did two tours while we were in Taiwan last July 3 to 7, 2019; booked through different Tour services and I have to say that MyTaiwanTour is better. The itinerary was so organized, and enough time was given to enjoy at each destination. Three more tourists joined in the tour, so it was comfortable for me having it on a small group. The scenery while riding the Maokong Gondola leaves me amazed. It was only me who is a fan of tea and not my friend, but she did enjoy the experience. The tea tasting was unforgettable, knowing how it is processed, and seeing the proper way of preparing tea was fascinating. At lunch, we were brought to a simple restaurant yet serves gastronomic food experience and to tell you; never skip the recommended dishes. A great view, fresh air will be encountered at the Thousand Island Lake with notable private tea plantation along the way. The best part of this tour is the people who guided us along this trip. Kai is an astounding tour guide- he is very hospitable and well knowledgable of what he is doing. We were with other tourists; but with Kai's character, the trip was engaging like we were traveling with friends whom we just actually met that day. He is highly commendable. Francesca was helpful as well on this trip and had given us plenty of ideas to enjoy Taiwan. Our driver Mr. Yang is a great navigator who drove us safely throughout the long drives. It is not only the tour that made our trip remarkable. These guys did a big part of creating a memorable experience on our Taiwan trip. Thank you :)
  • Brought some friends to visit Taiwan for the first time and they had a blast. Our 3-day hiking tour of Hualien and Taroko was easy to set up via email from the US. The permits and fees needed for the Zhuilu hike in Taroko were set up ahead of time by the tour company. Our guide (Steven Wang) spoke fluent English and knew if great local places to visit and eat at. The 2 hikes we did were gorgeous and were completed in a few hours. The hotel accommodations secured for us at the 4-star Azure Hotel was great with comfortable rooms and a large included breakfast. Our tour ended with a last stop at Ka Va Lan whisky which was a great way to finalize a fun 3 day adventure.
  • The best tour I ever had. Kai is the best tour guide I ever met. He explain well the culturals and tradition, he had excellent English. We have had the best driver too. He always remind us to be careful in our steps. We visited 10 places for one day. It's really worth. The food is great the people are kind. I like 101 view and the hot spring all of the places actually. Thank you so much Kai for always offered to take pictures for us. Not only a good tour guide but also a good photographer too. We really enjoyed his company. Thank you so much! See you again Taiwan next time.
  • Great tour, well worth the money. Our guide Bill is very knowledgeable & engaging throughout this full day tour. He gave us a short introduction on the way to every spot we visited. Once there, he offered more history or facts on the place. We were never rushed, given ample time to browse around. He was also very considerate regarding whether we were thirsty, hungry, or had to use the restroom. All in all, I felt I got to know the places we visited, at a very comfortable pace. Highly recommend this tour.
  • Pros: Best travel agency ever! My friends were coming to Taiwan for two weeks and I was struggling with the plan for the tour around Taiwan. Kyle, my consultant, was super nice and patient! The initial plan he provided was already pretty good, but we had some other places that we wanted to go. After some phone calls and emails we were able to have a great schedule. He was really great! Our driver Tom and tour guide Amy made our trip so perfect! My two friends were really impressed by how Tom managed to show up to pick us up right away every single time after we went somewhere! The weather was pretty sunny but we didn't have to wait for him in the sun at all! Amy is the best of the best! She is super knowledgeable, kind and passionate. You can tell she absolutely loves her job! She always makes us laugh, and when things come up she is always able to figure them out! The trip would have been really different if she weren't out tour guide! My friends and I really really liked her and we are confident to say the having her as your tour guide is definitely worth it! Cons: Just one little thing to note. Before we went on the trip we didn't receive any email regarding the trip. We didn't know what to expect and what things we had to take with us during the trip. We went to Alishan, which is one of the most beautiful mountain in Taiwan. Watching sunrise there is the most famous thing to do there. However we did not know that the weather there would be that cold. We mostly brought t-shirts and shorts and apparently it wasn't enough. It was really cold up there (10-13 degrees) so we had to buy a jacket. It was not a huge problem and it didn't change our overall impression for the agency. It's just that having a pre-tour notice would be a great thing to do!
