It was an absolute pleasure working with the team at Patrick & Co making my first suit, and I must say they did an absolutely stunning job. They went over and beyond to accommodate to my schedule from my first appointment, to the final fitting. Throughout the process, they were always prompt and professional. They are truly masters of the craft and I am looking forward to having my next suit done by them. There are many tailors that you can find in every street in Bangkok, but if there’s one that is professional, swift to deliver, prompt with their replies, and always willing to go over and beyond for their customers, it would be the team at Patrick & Co.

What an amazing team and place to get your custom suit(s) and accessories made. The whole team helps you to make proper decisions on fabric, color, fit for your body type, and all other aspects. Everything can be done to your needs and wishes. Main fabric, inlay color / pattern, pockets, overall shape, buttons, and much more. I went for a rather unique color (see picture) as a three piece suit, custom shirt, and rose / pink tie. Getting compliments from colleagues and friends all over the place, so thank you for helping with the configuration. Lastly, I want to highlight that the whole customer service was excellent as well. No pushy selling tactics, which I experienced in other places around Bangkok, fast setup of fitting appointments (I had two, to make sure everything fits perfectly). Even a pick-up at a later point in time was easily possible, as I've been traveling around Asia and didn’t want to carry the suit everywhere. This will definitely not be my last suit from Navin and team :-)

I was referred to Patrick & Co by a friend and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The team provided excellent service and attention to detail. Despite not having worn a suit in a decade, they patiently answered all my questions regarding various suit styles and fabrics. My custom-tailored suit fits me perfectly and I receive compliments every time I wear it. In fact, I now look for every opportunity to wear it because it makes me feel so great. Despite my tight schedule before traveling elsewhere, they went out of their way to ensure my suit was delivered on time. Their prompt communication and willingness to accommodate my last-minute arrangements were truly impressive.

After months of research, looking at 15+ other businesses, having a spreadsheet with information/ratings/prices/etc, led to me choosing Patrick & Co for my bespoke suiting experience. Since our initial email exchange, the team at Patrick & Co were very helpful and accommodating; especially since my travel schedule was very hectic and busy. On my first visit I had the pleasure of meeting Navin who was truly a guiding hand during the process. He helped narrow down fabrics and colors (because there are so many to choose from) given what I told him I would use the suits for. He did not try to upsell me on higher priced materials since he knew that quality of material would not fit the use of the suit. They also completed body measurements that day. The following day, we got into the finer details of the suit including; the lining, buttoning, cuffing, pants, etc and tried on a rough outline of the suit jacket. A couple of weeks later (due to my traveling), we got back and the suit was ready to be fitted to see if any adjustments were needed. The only hiccup during this process was when another customer took my suits that were in a bag waiting to be picked up. Once the team noticed this, they quickly rectified the incident, found my suit and dropped it off at the hotel I was staying at. I ordered 2 full suits, a jacket, and a shirt which cost roughly 1500 USD total. They all fit on the body, not overly tight or loose. I recommend Patrick & Co. 10/10 times to anyone looking for a bespoke suit. I know I'll be back. Navin is a very helpful and friendly person. He loved to have conversations and created a connection between tailor and customer. His food recommendations were spot on; everywhere he told us about had great food. So that is a plus to why you should come here.

Has it ever happened that you're so confident that you would fit into your pre covid suits / jackets and in the 11th hour you realize you dont? Well that's what happened with me and less than 30 hours prior to dear friend's wedding I did not have anything I was able to fit into. I googled bespoke tailors in my vicinity and decided to pay a visit to Patrick & Co. at Thong lor. Needless to say they were welcoming and understood my situation. I decided to go with this fine Italian fabric Green jacket (pictures attached) Not only did they deliver a custom made jacket but we're also able squeeze in a fitting trail for me and provide me a pochette too. Finally the jacket was delivered to my residence just in time for me to make it to the wedding. I am glad I chose Patrick & Co. And safe to say they live up to their heritage and reputation. For me they saved the day! PS: I would go back here again!
