See the bright lights and Go-Go Bars of neon-drenched Soi Cowboy, one of Bangkok's most popular late-night haunts among tourists and expats. The short strip features about 40 bars and Go-Go bars, where scantily clad dancers entertain their clientele, so think twice about bringing children. Nightlife columnist Bernard Trink named the street Cowboy after T.G. "Cowboy" Edwards, a retired American airman who opened one of the first bars there in 1977.     Wild alley next to Terminal 21. This short alleyway packs a lot of bars and clubs. Worth the 200 yard walk (if that). Was very much alive and kicking on a Thursday at 11 pm.
