Stroll on the white sand, have a picnic, or swim in the clear waters of Hat Toei Ngam. The gentle slope of the seabed is perfect for small children and inexperienced swimmers--at low tide you can even walk to the island not far from the coast. Grab something to eat at the few restaurants surrounding the beach, or visit the nearby naval museum and monument. Keep in mind that the Royal Thai Navy occupies most of this beach--only a small section is open to the public. • Turned away because I was a foreigner. Went with my Thai family but not allowed in. But when up the road about 3km to Ambassador hotel to a great beach. Guard made sure we had a good parking spot...

  • Went here with the whole family and where not allowed to enter by the military. So for anyone wanting to go to the beach, find somewhere else:)

  • We had lunch at the restaurant operated by the Royal Thai Navy. The beach is clean. The beach was crowded on Saturday. The food was acceptable.

  • This is a brilliant beach, all the facilities you could wish for, however, if you are not Thai you will not be allowed access. We arrived, left my Thai Driving Licence, and after a few hours, a detachment of 4 Army personnel found me, and I was instructed to leave.
  • The beach are for Thai people not for human... dog allow only to the area?
  • No foreigners allowed
  • Nice beach
  • It's good here, quiet, not many people. I like it, maybe because it's a military area too... But I don't know where the beautiful reviews are.
