Take a short hike along the bay to Leinster Bay, a hidden snorkeler’s paradise. Teeming with marine life amongst coral bursting with color, you’ll get to observe sea turtles, the occasional shark, and perhaps even a dolphin or two. Finding a place to lounge in the sun on the narrow, rocky beach can be difficult. Bring some decent shoes for the hike on the bumpy trail, and be sure to check out the nearby ruins of a sugar plantation.     We visited Leinster Bay twice during our trip because there was very little beachfront for people to set up and hang around, and there was an abundance of coral, sea fans, fish, and turtles. I went.....  more
