Beautiful place to relax! We stayed in a beyond beautiful, luxury suite with a jacuzzi and kingdom like theme. The only down side was that there was not much food variety at the resort. There is only one restaurant that was open on campus and no room service available. Also, everything closed very early. It would be very nice to have room service available for the luxury room. The suite was supposed to be all inclusive, but the there was only 1 bottle of wine and some fruits included in the room cost, all other snacks and drinks in the room were available at additional cost. The restaurant food is included, but the food was not as fresh as expected. The luxury suite also includes a full body massage, which was amazing and relaxing.

Great place to go and visit. Sadly some restaurants were still not open like place for having a Kalian. But it is worth the price. Sauna is a bit too crowded and no one is checking the "silent" zones thus - no silence no relax.

A fun and relaxing family friendly park. The thermal waters, saunas, and water park are all well maintained and clean. Food is also quite good but a bit expensive. Try the pizza. The only downside is the feeling of being nickel and dimed as towels and lockers aren’t included with admission. So bring your own towels ;).

The good: Great and spacious and unique hot mineral pools outside. Fun designs! Amazing saunas! Great themes and a different kinds. Now for the bad: For a place that tries to be the best in thermal waters, just charge a little more and give everyone free towels! It will make things more sanitary. No towels in saunas is not good. More water fountains would be good, especially ones that aren’t going to spread COVID more. Outdated bathrooms! They are old, don’t smell good and need a desperate refresh. Shoes. Just make people take their shoes off before going into the locker room, it will be a cleaner place. The front desk staff would not permit my girlfriend step into the lobby to grab her wallet to pay, she had to call me as if she was a thief or going to run away even though we were relaxing in the lobby. The customer service is just not where it needs to be. Finally the prices for the rooms seem quite high for the value.

So beautiful place, especially in winter. Greate relax in warm pools, pools with deferent temperatures ( from 5 c degree to 40 c degree), few kinds is sauna. Perfect hotel service. Restoran: delicious quisine ( all inclusive except alcohol) It is not so cheap but at the same time it is not too expensive. I'd like to be here one more time definitely.
