Aura Skypool, Dubai

A very nice attraction with incredible views, however, definitely room for improvement for a much better experience. I found the bathrooms to be incredibly perfumed. The Toilet seats were loose and red/green colours to identify if a cubicle was occupied or not were reversed, which is an easy fix. £8 for very, very small hot chocolate, which was nice. But the main takeaway is that it was *incredibly* windy. They seemed quite well rehearsed about offering patrons alternative seating for somewhere less breezy but we still took what we booked and the sun did take a while to come round on the ain Dubai side. The water could also have been a lot warmer to make it all the more tolerable. It was quite a chilly experience unfortunately. Otherwise, a great time despite the relentless wind and would recommend.

Highly recommended! We had to reserve more than a month in advance. We Booked the morning slot on a Saturday from 10-2pm. The check in process was super quick and smooth. The staff are very professional and joyful. Food was really tasty and of high quality. Music was super nice and the pool is exceptional. It’s definitely an excellent experience overall and a nice place to take visitors.

Beautiful way to spend the day, we booked the afternoon experience from 3pm - 7pm so we could embrace the beautiful skyline of dubai in the day and also experience the sun setting. I booked a few months in advance and was greeted and directed straight to our sunbeds without any issues, I feel the service in Dubai is always great, so this day was no exception. Reasonably priced, we ordered a fruit platter, which was delicious with a couple of cocktails. Overall, great experience! Definitely recommend.

I love this place it's the best view, not just in Dubai but maybe in the world. The staff are very friendly with food and snacks that are amazing. Down side sorry, I had paid for 2 front row view of the palm island 🌴, however the lady next to me was a SMOKER she was smoking when I asked can you smoke somewhere else as the chairs are so close she was very rude and refused. Please, please, please make this venue non-smoking 🚭

Really nice pool. I went in the morning 11-3 and it was great. We weren’t allowed to take up bottle water but they have for sale if you need. The view is incredible! It doesn’t matter the area you book for seating because in the pool you can walk around freely. You can take the monorail if staying at Atlantis its 10 aed per person takes about 15 minutes is only 2 stops i believe and it stops at the mall which is nice to walk around in and get a bite to eat. They gave a free tote with a fan and small pouch also they provided towels and in the restroom has hair dryers. They also passed around mini fruit once.
