Old Dubai is just wonderful its has so much character and wonderful hidden gems around ever corner. Great people with great shopping with a lot of authentic products like spices and more that fill the market with such great aromas. I will say don’t buy at first sites best to shop around until you get the best bargain. Which there is so many bargains to find. So much history and great food.

Visiting this old dubai market was a wonderful thing for me. The stacked spices and the aroma that filled the market is so appealing. One cannot refrain oneself from tasting all of them. They seem amazing and also, taste amazing.

Must see when visiting Dubai. Parking is a nightmare so I strongly suggest parking elsewhere and catching a taxi. Also, be prepared to be harassed by nearly every vendor you pass. That said, still absolutely worth the visit. Get everything from textiles, souvenirs, makeup, perfumes, handbags, spices, teas, gold, silver, diamonds and more. Don't be afraid to haggle prices, as most vendors will start high on the prices. Also, don't be afraid to flat out say no when vendors try to stop you, otherwise, you'll end up in every shop you pass. If you're going for gold, be sure to check international gold prices and research VAT.
