What an amazing and adventurous experience my family and I had today with Platinum Heritage. Our guide/driver Travis was amazing. Very courteous and friendly! The camp ambiance is the best we have seen in a long time. Food selection is fantastic. Very happy with the experience! We also took a photo package and the photos came out awesome!

What a experience! The food was absolutely amazing, we did the hot air balloon ride and camel rides which was so cool and stunning. Our pilot was funny and professional and made the experience even more fun. The staff was aware it was our honeymoon and treated us first class. They were genuine and thoughtful. The staff does a good job sharing the culture with us during our visit which was cool, we ate food, enjoyed the shows.

We had the best experience with Platinum Heritage Dubai. We went for the full experience of collection, drone show, hot air balloon flight, vintage land rover, and a gorgeous breakfast at the Bedouin camp. Our tour guide Nikki was excellent, he kept us entertained for the entire time. His sense of humor even had us laughing at the crazy hour of 3am. It was so worth the early start! Definitely recommend.

We’ve had so much fun spending time on a desert. Especially riding an old-school Land Rover. Sunset was stunning, and we even saw some oryxes running around. There was also enough time to take some pictures at the dunes. Really recommend that to families (our girls loved it). Also dinner time was amazing - trying camels milk was a totally new experience!

What an amazing experience! The food was terrific. We got to try camel meat and camel milk along with their traditional ethnic cuisine. Took a ride on the Land Rover into the Empty Quarter preserve to see Oryx and the sand dunes. Saw a falcon demonstration were entertained by some traditional music and dance. A must see and do if visiting Dubai!
