The hot stone treatment was delicious and divine. It was the first I've ever had and I would love to have it every week! It was so relaxing and soothing. Paola was really lovely - reassuring, friendly, professional and excellent at giving the hot stone treatment. I would highly recommend the treatment and Paula the beauty therapist. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. It was so special!

Courtney was just wonderful. I had the essential rose massage and facial. She was incredible, in fact - from now on she will be my go to masseur at TR. But not only was her treatment exactly what I hoped for, her manner and kindness and rapport was the icing on the cake. My treatment was perfect for someone with a chronic illness and everyone helped to adapt for my needs, the ramps were even out on the steps before we arrived so I didn’t need wait outside in my wheelchair in the cold. The treatment itself was bliss, my first time with hot stones and it was amazing. My practitioner was brilliant, applied the perfect pressure, after listening to me explain where my pain is. Overall, I was very impressed with the way I was treated as a Disabled woman, particularly by my lovely therapist. Thank you so much, and you should be very proud of how you hold up your disabled rights.. Thank you again for an amazing treatment.

The whole experience and team was great. Every room I saw was very clean and comfortable and sitting in the relaxation room before the treatment was lovely. Paula was amazing; she took the time to ask me what I wanted her to focus on and made me feel completely at ease. The massage itself was also fantastic. Overall a 10/10 experience.

I had my second session with the therapist Sarah and I'm very happy with her and her treatments. She is great, very professional, attentive, helpful, caring about her customers, and she has got a magic touch. I can never recommend her enough! Everyone at the Treatment Room is so kind and friendly, there is a great atmosphere and great staff! highly recommended! Looking forward to come back!
