  • Fantastic place to visit. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed wandering through the period rooms and feeling the ambience of the history. We encountered a couple of spooky experiences. I have no doubt...

  • We had read about the little village of Culross so I was keen to visit and explore. Glad we did, it is beautiful. The palace is a lovely historical house of a wealthy merchant, not really a palace...

  • We paid a visit to the whole village and it was wonderful. Certainly out of the way but worth it when you get there. Very old village with lots to do and see.

  • A beautiful place to visit. There is a lovely walk along the coast. The abbey is beautiful inside and outside as are the ruins of the abbey. The streets are old, full of history and we’re used for the TV show Outlander. I’m sure you’ll not be disappointed if you venture there.
  • Lovely little town/village. A pretty place with some quaint little houses. Has a nice pub with good grub and some good cafés too. We especially liked Rankin's cafe.
  • Culross is a magical medieval burgh facing the Firth of Forth. With its ancient abbey, narrow roads flanked by gracious historic buildings, it is a real gem in Fife. There are various small cafes, characteristic pubs and museums to explore. It really worths a visit.
  • I enjoyed a walk along the sea front before going to the Christmas Market. Some prices were a bit over the top in my opinion. Some nice Christmas gifts, glass ornaments and wooden ones. The patisserie was 3 for £9 delicious 😋 well worth a visit.
  • A charming coastal village full of historical buildings, with some of the streets with the original cobblestones.nice place to spend a few hours strolling around with a few cafes along the way. Part of the Fife coastal path runs along the seafront
