Dazzle Fancy Dress Shop, Hamilton

Costumes far over priced (you can buy online for cheaper) not got a changing room so can't even try anything on apart from over clothes, also don't give cash refunds so if you were to buy it at such a high price and it doesn't fit right you can't even get your money back.

Visited this shop for the first time today and didn't know what to expect after reading some of the reviews. Had a great experience, best range of fancy dress I've seen and staff couldn't be more helpful. Yes they do have an exchange policy but it is clearly signed at the tills and the girl who served me also explained this. When leaving the shop I asked the gent at the door if he could pass onto management how impressed I was with the service he told me he was the managing director. Says it all really, theres not many shops you go into where the MD is mucking in on the shop floor. Five stars all the way.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had a bad experience due to alot of things and emailed head of retail. Patricia foy who emailed me back couldn't of cared less about my issue didnt take anything into consideration. You can see why the customer service is was poor. The staff in head of retail dont give them an example to follow by. Wont be back sent my emails from her to further agencies. Will be sure to let everyone I no not to shop at dazzle. Even the staff member who served me initially told me he wouldn't ever shop in the shop due to price and would go elsewhere. Wish I'd listened.

I can't fault this place I was here on Tuesday with my mum and sister and the young girl with the glasses was a fantastic help nothing was too much to ask and she took the costumes out the bag to shows us before we bought them. They are well stocked and have everything you are looking for. Well done guys
