Beacon Alpacas, Husthwaite

A surprise birthday treat and I loved it! The alpacas are gorgeous...if a little stubborn sometimes 😂 ..the walk is easy pace and fairly flat, with stops for the alpaca to snack. Time to chat with your companions and a very welcome cup of tea at the end. The ladies who accompany the walk are very knowledgeable, giving careful explanation how to handle the animals and show great care for the alpaca throughout the experience. Well worth a visit!

An amazing day out. Really friendly staff and sensational value for money. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area. The walk was so picturesque too and feeding the alpacas at the end was an experience.

Amazing! Jacqui and Hermione were welcoming, knowledge and downright lovely, and the alpacas were gorgeous! Many of our small group commented on how relaxing the experience of walking the alpacas was, and how calm they felt. The location of the farm is absolutely beautiful, and the directions you're sent beforehand are spot on. Can highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant, so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. And walking the Alpacas was awesome we had Derek who is gorgeous

Had a great time here, nice circular walk with the alpacas who were very friendly and photogenic, then we got to feed the younger ones back at the farm, great fun!
