Explore the chalk cliffs, reminiscent of the Cliffs of Dover, at Seven Sisters Country Park. This protected park provides 280 hectares (690 acres) for outdoor activities. Go for a walk or bike ride along the paths, look for birds wading on the beach, or spot the grazing animals along the meadows. See the commanding views of the coast at the apex of the Sisters themselves. Take the easy trail to the beach and try your hand at fishing. To get a view of the seven sisters from a distance, go to Seaford Head. Put Seven Sisters Country Park and other Seaford attractions into our Seaford day trip website, and watch your holiday take shape.

The walk over Seaford Head on a fine autumn morning was splendid with the view of Seven Sisters on the descent to Cuckmere estuary. We stopped for a light lunch in Exceat. A lovely day.

The scenery is spectacular. It was a wonderfully sunny day, however the wind was relentless. Make sure to have glasses for sun but also the wind. I recommend taking the inland walk and doing the circuit with a stop off at the pub for lunch. Perfect day!

Wow, what a stunning place. It was a pleasant walk right up to the beach and from there to the top of the cliff. The walk just carried on and on to Burley gap and the lighthouse. Great for all ages as you can stroll along without climbing hills or challenge yourself by hiking up some pretty steep hills. Dog walkers love it and a rest on the beautiful beach is a nice welcome. Cafes are at the visitor centre, as are toilets. Don't come too late or parking could become difficult.

Fantastic view. I took a bus from Brighton and got off at the park entrance. It took 40min to get to the actual cliff but the way to the cliff is also beautiful. I walked end-to-end of the park and it wasn’t that easy, so be aware! It took me 2-3 hours to finish the walk. It is quite hilly, a lot of ups and downs. Be careful because there are no fences. It takes another 3-40 min to get to the bus stop frok the other end. It was a week day.

Stunning place. Great for a walk of any length - don’t forget the cliffs are hilly so it feels like a good workout. Great for dogs although if your pet is a bit unruly you may have to have them on the lead as there are electric fences along the walk on the cliff part.

I travelled their with my fiancée and it was a sunny and beautiful day. Make sure you go while it is sunny to enjoy the view. The hiking track is pretty easy, of course there are some parts you need to ascend and other to descent but are not difficult. Take water and food in addition to something to sit on as the grass is generally wet. The verge of the see into the hills is spectacular.
