Schmoo in the country, Tewkesbury

This was my first visit. Siana was excellent, she was friendly, professional and customer focused. She took time to explain what she was doing whilst introducing me to a range of products I could use at home. Never rushing to finish and no 'conveyor belt' feeling, as is so normal at other health and beauty establishments. Pleasant surrounding and comfortable. Supberb massage, scrub and facial. Relaxed surroundings, reasonably priced products and aftermoon tea. As non members of Hilton Livingwell we paid just £5 to use the pool and steamroom beforehand.

I will definitely go back as the back massage with exfoliation and facial were heavenly. My therapist, Mia, was professional and friendly. She explained every step.

As soon as you walk in, there is an ambience of calm. Spiritual music playing, candles lit; you would never guess you inside a hotel. Everybody is so nice, receptionist etc. Shona is an AMAZING! masseuse. I'm an aromatherapist too so I know techniques. She has empathy that comes through in her massage, She instinctively knows what needs attention. Bless you Shona, thank you sooo much. Your massage was out of this world❤️ xx

Wonderful massage in a lovely quiet relaxing area of the hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend. Thank you all.
