  • Lovely garden areas where you can have a little stroll or just take a seat and chill! A few info boards dotted around to give a bit more about the areas of the Abbey grounds.
  • Lovely local grounds to walk around. I work from home, so I use the picnic benches at lunch time to sit at and get some fresh air while eating lunch. Some days very peaceful, other days can be a bit busier. But all in all, defo a nice place to take 30 mins out of the day to relax before going back to work. Lunch is usually from Gregs! The only negative is that dog owners don’t always keep their dogs on a lead here.
  • A superb place historical for educational purposes, walking, hiking, cycling and a happy place for the four legged friend too.
  • Had a nice walk around, quiet and relaxing, £1 per hour for parking, pay on exit.
  • One of the best places to visit in Waltham Abbey. Makes such a difference to have this in our town. Well kept, much history and are very lucky to have something like this on our doorstep! Great to relax in and often have lunch here.
