  • We had a fun day driving through and seeing various parks in the area. Cleveland National Park is 460,000 acres (720 sq miles). There are also some nice areas for pretty desert views.

  • Very greenery and beautiful scenic drive with tall pine trees, easy to park and lot of hiking trails, you can further go towards north to Julian and grab a nice lunch. Many places to stop by and see the scenic view. Lot of biking trails too and you will reach 5777 ft. There is a gift shop and lodge.
  • Nice but bumpy ride to Tenaja Falls Trailhead. Go slow if you have low clearance vehicle. About 1 hour west of Menifee, CA. in the mountains. Hike is about 20+ minutes from trailhead. Trail was very good condition with slight incline to falls area. Only went to top area. Don't know if there is a way towards bottom area.
  • Stayed in the Burnt Ranchera Campground. Campgrounds were clean and well taken care of. Campground allowed quick access to many trails and scenic routes. Will be going again soon.
  • The views are breathtaking! There are so many trails to choose from and explore. There is plenty of parking conveniently located near most trails. For those without a park pass, you can also find parking within walking distance of some routes. Don't forget to bring your sunscreen, water, and your camera. Happy hiking, biking, running, or camping.
  • What a great hike at Lake Morena! The weather was perfect! Not too hot... not too cold! The last picture is a bonus pic!
