    The notch is often crowed , but there are many trails to experience. Most are hilly, but there is one loop that is easier. Read the trail map before going. Otherwise it is a beautiful place.

    I used to come here as a child and do hikes and walks and have recently returned to the area except nearly every time I have been there I have thrown up, not sure why. I am also wondering if there is overnight parking and / or what the trail hours are, I don't want to have my car towed unexpectedly
