  • What a little gem. The displays were fantastic. The uniforms and artifacts were so unique. The lady who runs it was knowledgeable of the town and the displays.

  • Yep, it is a small museum, but the items & presentation are 1st rate. Requested donation reasonable. Diorama really helps to understand the park site. Well worth the stop.

  • The museum is an amazing collection of both Union and Confederate artifacts. The diorama is a great representation of the POW camp. Take time to visit this jewel in the city of Andersonville. Cynthia....  more

  • This is a wonderful place to stop if you're looking for a day excursion. The people are extremely friendly and the history is very much alive
  • For a small museum, it had an astounding number of artifacts. The proprietess was very knowledgeable and friendly.
  • I loved all the details, most friendly lady there, explaining everything. very educational.
  • This is an excellent small museum in a quaint historical area of town. A must see for history buffs. Woman that oversees museum is knowledgeable, and friendly. The historical area is a great place to checkout, everything is close, well done. Can have lunch at general store. There is a county ran RV/tent campground a couple blocks away, very nice place, quiet, safe.
  • Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Although museum is small, the collection of artifacts are wonderful. We made a donation.
