The Michigan Theater is a fabulous local gem, and if you are ever in Ann Arbor make sure to catch a show! It's beautifully maintained, and there are many different opportunities to catch a show...

Beautiful venue. Very enjoyable experience. Lobby displays an installation of the history of the theater and Ann Arbor. Very interesting. Easy commute from the west side of the state, sans construction, otherwise just a few slowdowns. Plenty of inexpensive parking around the theater too.

Nice venue with easy in and out. Sitting in the back makes it pretty hard to see, as there’s barely a raise in the ground for people in the back to see. However, it was clean. Small venue but very nice. Would recommend if there’s someone playing that you like, come by and see what it’s all about!

Membership is worth it. When I was a senior in highschool,. I lived in the subs of London and took a class in the theatre of London. I remember watching plays there. Great plays. Big names, and I always wanted popcorn with them. Obviously, that didn't happen. But at this theater I can get popcorn with wine and enjoy a play from London. Dreams come true

Small yet comfortable seats. Buyers beware; row cc seats 104-108 have sound board obstructing view. Only one concession stand, bathroom is bit of a hike, but to be expected for a theater built in 1927. Approx 1600 capacity, very cool intimate place to see a live show. Acoustics were decent, parking garage within a minutes walk, lots of local eateries on the same block. I will be back!

Great experience the place was very beautiful me and the kids had a great time. we went before Christmas. And got free, hot chocolate and free piggy banks from the business around the theater. Also, we get a picture with Santa.
