Excellent productions with fine actors. This town has three comfortable theatres used for a variety of dramas, musicals and some Shakespeare productions during a long March to November season. Loved the 'Preface' ($10) which is a 30-minute talk given by an actor and theatre scholar as an intro to each play's author, storyline and production history. Very informative and helpful if you're going to shows with school age children.

Excellent evening watching the Tempest. Would recommend hiring cushions ($3 each) for a long performance. Otherwise seating spacious. Great view of the stage. Definitely recommend going.

Love the theater the show was great! Being that we are from another state and the first time visiting! It would have been nice to have been made aware of mandatory mask and proof of covid vaccinations to enter and open out door theater. Yeah sounds weird and doesn't make sense. But for us to have been made aware when we purchased our tickets and the multiple reminder emails of the upcoming show and asking for donations. Somewhere would have been nice to make that made aware.

I can't believe that they still require masks. No where else in the entire city, let alone the country, has those requirements. Plus, while she's nice, the girl that is required to look at a vaccine card for admission isn't a medical professional. No wonder the theater wasn't even close to full on a Friday evening.

OSF is always so exciting. The performances are always top notch. New actors as well as veteran actors are so powerful. My favorite performance to date has to go to Destiny of Desire with Armando Duran in one of the lead roles. I love attending the shows at all 3 of the beautiful theatres. My favorite being the outdoor Elizabethan Theater. All staff is so friendly and helpful. I will continue to visit OSF in the future.
