  • A splendid architectural specimen. Came here to see a college basketball game.. Superb venue, unobstructed sight lines, varied concessions. But the building is the star. A grand dame from Atlantic...

  • We attended New Jersey All State Chorus and Orchestra concert here. The experience was great. While I passed by this building many times in the past, this was the first time we attended an event...

  • Entry is on the boardwalk, plenty of parking lots in the ares range 20 to 40. Very crowded getting in. But there are no bad seats, went for a concert. Section 217 row a. Great seats

  • Saw the Journey concert on 3/17, very nice venue. It was super easy to get in and out. They also have numerous vendors selling food and beverages. Would definitely see another concert in the future there.
  • This place is great for concerts but lacks security and organization. The line to get in was several blocks long. Once doors opened they divided us into two lines, then directed folks from the second line back into the first line creating a bottleneck at the entrance. Took us over an hour to get in and some folks weren't inside before the show started. They need better organization to keep the traffic flowing. Once you got inside there are metal detectors. Except the line we were in had security guards with a wand that they would scan around your torso. I was wearing boots that could conceal prohibited items, and they never checked there. Then a security guard asked if I had guns or knives in my purse. I watched other people walk through without him checking inside their purses so I opened my purse to show him I had nothing. I think they sacrificed security to get the bottleneck moving which to me is an automatic failure in my book. With gun issues in our country nowadays, you cannot sacrifice public safety. I did not feel safe at Boardwalk Hall. Then we get to the bathrooms. For an old building, it looked good! However the bathrooms could use a full-time maintenance person cleaning throughout the show. The seats for the show were dirty and stained, but actually comfortable compared to many other venues. Overall, it was a great show, great location, and luckily nothing happened due to the lack of security, but because of the blatant disregard for security, I am giving 1 star.
  • Boardwalk hall was amazing. I’ve been two several events there. The last 3 were, Jason Aldean, Jim Gaffigan and the latest- AEW dynamite and a taping of AEW Rampage. All three were incredible seats Because the venue is small enough, holds about 15,000 ppl. There was a great area where ppl would take a break during intermission and smoke, or just go to hangout. It was the balcony of the Boardwalk hall. This is an excellent place to go see anything. Parking garages are all around, I parked in Ware parking garage (3 blocks away) for just 8$ for 8 hours. Well worth it. I will park there, and definitely go see more events at the boardwalk hall in AC.
  • An excellent venue to host sporting events in. This is a perfect place for the high-school wrestling state Championships every year. I'm looking forward to come back!
  • I had a great time at the Lit Concert. The staff clueless of some of the information that they needed to know. I had to go to multiple people to get the correct information, which cost me $40 in parking fees that I didn't have to pay. It was the staff demeanor that made it a lost that I just brushed off. It was just money that didn't make it to the slot machine. Yes you can smoke without complaining, besides fellow attendants. Drink start at $13, beer is in a can. The food in the VIP was very good.
