Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience, Bardstown

Booked the $18 tasting. It includes 5 samples and a chocolate bourbon ball. Very informative and Nicole really took the time to explain what bourbon is all about and the proper way to taste (and smell) it. They don't offer tours here, just tastings. Nice museum was included and they have a couple of samples on the museum side as well. Great gift shop with a good selection of products.

This is a really fun spot for a bus or group including women! All the ladies in our trip loved this spot. The scenery was beautiful. The drinks were super tasty! The bourbon flights were beautifully done. You could sit indoors or outside on a large second story patio. I do think that the vibe was more quiet and serious. It seemed to be a low key type of establishment. There isn’t food available here so be sure to eat before or after. The facilities are beautiful and the service was great.

Very nice family owned distillery. Great gift store with good prices! Did the tasting which was very informative, and tasty too! Our guide was great we learned a lot, which will be used for a long time! They have a self guided history type tour too which was nice too! They do have nicer fancier tastings available too,! Lots of great brands are made by then.

Fantastic experience! I was bummed about there not being any premium releases the week I visited, but we did the Whiskey tour and got the opportunity to purchase Parker’s afterwards. Jim, our tour guide, was funny and very knowledgeable. We will always make time to swing by when we are back for trail touring. Just beautiful all around

What a neat place, we made a quick stop here to get our passports stamped. We didn't take a tour but we will definitely stop back and hopefully catch it the next time around. The place looked cool and by far had the absolutely best gift shop. This is a must stop when you come into town.
