  • I've been to several outdoor dramas but this one was definitely the best! The costuming is beautiful, the set is amazing and the cast very talented - truly an amazing show!

  • Great show and pretty neat little piece of local history. They have an awesome Fourth of July special every year as well and it’s a lot of fun.
  • Very nice facilities and the productions were well done.
  • Excellent show. Everyone was great to talk to before and after the production. I would highly recommend going to see this performance! Big shout out to the tech crew for sticking around and talking with us after the show. You guys rock!!
  • Magical! So fun to see an outdoor musical. Learned a lot about Stephen Foster, that I didn't know, including some of his less recognizable music. Great outdoor amphitheater and seats had backs. Play was 2 hours long plus a 15 minute intermission. Parking is rather spread out and arriving 20 minutes early had to park in one of the further away lots. Amphitheater was only about 20-25% full. We bought our tickets the afternoon of the play. You can buy them online for an extra charge. Even if you don't buy online you can see which seats are already sold by going through most of the purchase process.
  • Outdoor theatre = a sultry summer breeze, under the stars with lightening bugs all around. Throw in some smooth Kentucky bourbon, a bit of history presented by talented performers in period costume, and what's not to love? This rich Kentucky tradition is like our very own Bluegrass Bridgerton (and only 'slightly' less scandalous 🤫) If you haven't yet been, my only question is, "Why?"
