Bellevue Botanical Garden is a botanical garden east of downtown Bellevue, Washington on Main Street. Established in 1992, many different organizations work to maintain the garden to keep it free of charge. What began as a 7-acre gift to the city in the early 1980s has now become a 53-acre public park with multiple gardens. This includes the Fuchsia Garden, Lost Meadow Trail, Native Discovery Garden, Perennial Border, Rhododendron Glen, The Urban Meadow, Waterwise Garden, Yao Garden, and Dahlia Display.Plan trip to Bellevue with our itinerary maker to find out where to go and what to do.

Love seeing all the flowers and plants through the changing seasons. My family loved the variety wandering the trails, and it’s nice to see volunteers tending to the gardens so well.

Such a gem!! Beautiful flowers, plants, trees... Very welcoming environment. Small library in the coffee shop with friendly people. While we walked I noticed that is such a thoughtful setup through the park, you can find benches everywhere, nice shadow areas for the sunny day. A beautiful temple to come and meditate or observe. Every section of the park has a nice ambience. I enjoyed visiting this place.

My husband and I came here to go for a walk. Super cute place. Very nice and clean. We enjoyed the suspension bridge the most. The coffee shop was great and the variety of different flowers was amazing. Some we've never seen before. Would be a great place to get married at. Beautiful park. There is restrooms that are very clean. And very cute little gift shop. Make sure to grab a map so you know where you are. There are lots of paths and you can easily get turned around. Highly recommend.

We were there early morning and it was almost perfect. A little chilly, a fair amount of mosquitoes and only a handful of others. I wish we'd have had more time to spend there. The house and store were closed but it was quiet and peaceful. The flowers were beautiful as well as the grounds. It was free and the bathrooms were heated and very clean. What a blessing to have in the heart of the Bellevue area.

The Bellevue Botanical Garden is a living collection of exotic plants and flowers. An excellent park to rest and just to come and enjoy the beautiful nature with many bridges, waterfalls and paths. We have been coming here for a walk since 2003 and the park has changed a lot: it has grown in size, there are more trails and few new buildings including a coffee shop.

I have only been to the Bellevue Botanical Garden twice now, but I absolutely plan on coming back. They are completely gorgeous and well kept. I love the little informational signs peppered throughout. It's a great place to walk around alone and just enjoy nature as I've done, or come with others as I've seen while walking around.
