Lemon Creek Winery is family and owned and operated, artisan producers, of estate wines. The farm, first established in 1855, is now home to 150 acres of vineyards and 21 different wine grape varietals. Six miles from the Lake Michigan shoreline, the rolling hills and outwash moraine loam based soil, allow Lemon Creek to cultivate some of the best grapes in the country. From award winning dry red and white wines to delectable dessert wines, there is sure to be a wine for any palate. Wine tasting is offered daily, groups welcome by reservation.

Beautiful vineyard and delicious wines. Not a fan of the pre-picked wine tasting options. Would rather pick my options and have a chance to try something I might not normally try. Wish there was more enforcement of keeping the kids from running around the wine tasting area. Amazing band, beautiful weather and we had a great time. Also, if you get a chance try the Pretzel Pete, Garlic & Parmesan pretzels, they are so amazing.

We stopped here for a tasting and a glass of wine. The wine expert stopped by our table to talk with us about the different wines we were trying and suggest others based on our tastes. He came back out with a couple of small tasters that were more to our liking. They didn’t allow seating inside at the time, but the outdoor area was lovely.

Great wines and friendly staff- we bought a bottle of Carmenere after having a glass. We also picked up some cherries from their newly finished farm market shop. They were excellent! The outdoor setup is pretty nice, shady with tables and umbrellas. I do think the beautiful day would have been more relaxing without the 6 young kids running around yelling the whole time we were there- the parents were sitting at a picnic table and ignoring everything.

Nice location and great selection of preselected tasting flights. The sweet wines are not as sweet as other wineries, however, Lemon Creek should definitely be on your list to visit.
