Edelweiss Chocolates, Beverly Hills

They make their own marshmellows. I love their dark chocolate; rich tasting and not too sweet. A nice, luxurious, yet affordable treat in Beverly Hills.

I come here every year to buy my son an expensive box of chocolate for Christmas. After taking him to Europe and having tasted the chocolate there, Edelweiss is some of the only local chocolate that's comparable. In house made specialty marshmallows are incredible and the chocolate quality is superb. The employees here are extremely helpful and so kind. The chocolate is expensive because the quality is spectacular, definitely worth trying! It's a holiday tradition in my family now!

I have been a LOYAL customer of Edelweiss for years. I come to LA for award season and weekly would spend $750 + on chocolates that I would give to taste makers and basically free press. After making a $750 order, I needed more the next day. I am 5 minutes from the store and instead of showing customer appreciation because NOT once have I ever received- said for $35 we can send. They get social engagement from people with millions of followers because of me and they could not waive a delivery fee when I am 5 min away. As an owner who is there he should be grateful for customers who support the business because believe me there are plenty of other chocolatiers who would like my business. For $35 (the principal) you lost a great customer, free publicity, and many more to come.

Even though this review is 4 months overdue, I still haven't forgotten about it! THANK YOU, JOEY for going above and beyond to make sure I received my order safely during the sweltering heat of August! Joey contacted me after I placed an order for the Chocolate Decadence Gift Basket and was concerned about the high temperatures and recommended upgrading shipping to overnight. I decided not to upgrade and just kept my original shipping method. He not only kept in touch until I received my order but he also packaged it really nicely! The chocolate didn't melt and everything arrived perfectly. I appreciate all your help and I'm already looking forward to my annual Valentine's day order!
