Galleta Meadows, Borrego Springs

Galleta Meadows is an awesome place to visit in Borrego Springs with animal and human sculptures spread across the town and valley. There close to 100 sculptures of animals and humans and it is truly an incredible collection of art sculptures with many appearing life like. Great for photo opportunities and can easily spend a few hours to see and try to find all the sculptures, but well worth it.

What a fun place to explore and I don't even think we saw everything. I guess there is bunch of different Metal Sculptures thru out Borrego. The dragon one is cool and the scorpion and cricket one is pretty cool. The scorpion you can actually drive up to and some other animals. The dragon..no they have it stringed off but you can walk up close to it and take pics. We drove off to another road and saw a hawk or eagle one and horses. Half a day trip then enjoy the small town they have there.

The sculptures are amazing. The amount of detail is incredible. The road getting there is rough at times. But absolutely worth the drive. The serpent alone is worth the drive. And it's free

Really cool place that you can drive up to and take pictures of all the sculptures. If your in the Borrego Springs area, it's a must see especially with how easy it is to access and check out. Definitely find a map of all the sculptures and save yourself some time!

Long drive from I-15, but well worth it. Once there, you can drive through the sculptures area, a little dusty, just roll through slowly, you will be fine.
