Surround yourself with more than 1,000 fluttering, colorful creatures at The Butterfly Palace. Your visit begins with an educational, 3-D video about the lifecycle of butterflies. In the aviary, admire the rare and exotic species from around the world as they sip nectar and fly--some might land on you. After your time with the butterflies, head to the rainforest section of the facility, where you can see other exotic species, such as frogs, lizards, and scorpions. The mirror maze and recreated banyan tree roots will give you the feeling of wandering a dense rainforest. Participate in interactive exhibits at the science center, which also hosts daily feedings. Tours are self-guided and you don't have to make reservations. The Butterfly Palace is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , custom trip planner Edition.

We watched a film about Butterflies, did the mirror maze, and gift shop, but the best part was walking among the Butterflies, feeding them, and having them land on you.

This was my favorite place in Branson! The building was beautiful and there was lots of parking. Once we entered, the store had an array of clothing, garden sculptures, etc - very unique items...

They have done a spectacular job showcasing butterflies! First, we watched the video and learned a LOT about the monarch butterfly. Who knew they traveled the USA? Then we walked in the butterfly...

Loved it! Staff was friendly. Bought some gifts and a beautiful necklace. So many things for sale. Really enjoyed being able to carry the nectar flower tubes. Butterflies were gorgeous and plentiful. The music was so so amazing! The musician is very talented. Neat little reptile exhibit and had a lot of fun in the mirror maze

This place is amazing!! Our 4yr old loved it and so did we! Such a great setup for feeding and interacting with the butterflies. You can also see the chrysalis stage butterflies and the ones drying their wings through the glass and if you are lucky, you may get to release a butterfly. They have another room with all different kinds of reptiles and a really good mirror maze! Beautiful gift shop area. The best part is, your wristband is good for 3 days so you can go back as much as you want within those 3 days without paying anything more!! My daughter loved it so much we went twice!

What a tranquil and beautiful place. We got there early, when they first open and there is no wait whatsoever. You walk in to this huge souvenir shop on the first floor filled with everything butterflies. On the back left there’s a reptile exhibit and on the back right a mirror maze. And there’s a huge spiral walkway leading to the second floor leading to the butterfly dome. On the right is a little rope maze and on the left is a little theater that features how this place came about. I won’t spoil the whole experience. You’d just have to check out this place. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The pass we got was good for 3 consecutive days. We came back a couple of days later. And it’s a great place for the whole family. There’s lots of free parking and is right off the main road. The building is huge, you can’t miss it. Recommend!

You can't miss this place! The reptile exhibit is really neat. My kids loved the maze of mirrors. The butterfly house is obviously the star of the show. It's HUGE. There's a trickling water feature and a bridge to get closer to the canopy. Best of all, live music played on a hammer dulcimer gives the whole thing such a tranquil ambience. The purchase of your wristband allows you to visit for 3 days, making it an amazing value. We went twice and my kids still couldn't get enough. There are nectar flowers for attracting butterflies to you, magnifying glasses for getting a closer look, scavenger hunts for the kids, and a species identification guide that kept us searching so that we could try to spot them all.

This place was amazing. The butterflies were so beautiful and even landed on us several times. We got to let some of them go into the habitat as well. It was an amazing experience. There's also a mirror maze, reptiles and the Banyan Tree Adventure. You buy admission and it's good for 3 consecutive days. Lots to check out in the gift shop and a movie as well. Perfect place for kids to have fun and learn.
