  • This veterans museum covers the period from WWII to the present. Many names on the wall, mostly alphabetical. I had a bit of hard time finding my uncle's name but I did find it.

  • This was such a humbling experience. Took my 9 year old who loves all things military & he was so moved by the history there. Highly recommend stopping in & learning about so many brave men & women who fought for our country.
  • I thought that it was a very educational and worthwhile experience. I have been to Auschwitz (I & II) and a half dozen other concentration camp memorials in Europe. I have also been to the Jeath POW / Death Railroad memorial in Thailand. So the seeing a memorial that provides a better understanding of service for different conflicts was a bit more enjoyable.
  • This place was a surprising find and we had a very enjoyable time! Andre was amazing and super kind to our autistic kid. My husband is a Marine vet, and from the moment he walked in Andre somehow knew like a psychic wizard! Lol The museum is wonderful and very informative. I got to see what my grandpa's uniform looked like as a green beret! (Ranger in the 101st Airborne - James Leonard Martin) So much history is here, with great context. Please support this wonderful local museum!
  • This museum is absolutely AMAZING!!!! the gentlemen welcomed us in and had a great personality, a warm smile, and overall was very welcoming, he often times took time to talk with us about the museum and the collection, as well as some of the history behind parts of the exhibits and even the statues of the soldiers out front. the uss missouri model was stunning, and the amount of detail put into it you can tell was done with love and admiration, I cannot recall the gentleman's name however which is very unfortunate, as again he welcomed us in with a warm personality, the amount of dedication put into the exhibits is delightful for lack of better words, this museum is a MUST for any military history enthusiast or even for those simple intrigued by it, the wall of names for those lost during World War 2 brought tears to my eyes, knowing that they gave the ultimate sacrifice for those of us that live in the world today (I'm a little biased when it comes to ww2 as that's my favorite part of history to learn about) but all of the exhibits were simply amazing, and I WILL BE RETURNING. Thank you to the gentleman whos name flees from me, you had a great personality, a very warm and open welcome, BY FAR the best part of my trip to branson (below is only a small portion of the pictures I took, so go see for yourself the wonderful, and beautiful museum that is the veterans memorial museum in branson, mo
