  • Overall, we would highly recommend this campground! We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The front check in desk has some supplies you might need (ice, fire wood, etc.) and is open until...

  • Weko is a beautiful beach with a large parking lot. I was there for an evening concert which was a fun experience. It is easy to find and has bathroom facilities on site. Check out their website...

  • Beautiful beach and if your looking for a place to watch the sunset, this is it!! My husband I stopped here on our way across the country and it was so peaceful and serene, it was the off season and was a little chilly so there was really nobody else around. Beautiful clean beach, lots of smooth natural stones washed ashore.
  • Very clean beach and not as crowded with people. The water was clear and the sunset was beautiful. Climbing up the stairs also offered a nice view of the dunes and lake. Parking is enforced until 8 pm. Out of the 3 beaches we visited in that area, this was our favorite!
  • My husband and I lived an hour away from Weko beach for a few years and this was our favorite place to visit along Lake Michigan. As many days as we could visit in the summer and even into the fall, we were there. The water is clear, there's plenty of shade in the mornings, and it's never overcrowded. The cost of parking is well worth the scenery and (even sometimes) solitude. We enjoyed it so much the first summer, we bought a season pass the next summer. We were also able to take my disabled parents (who hadn't seen Lake Michigan before) and they were able to make it down and back up the access ramp with ease. I miss our peaceful, beautiful mornings spent here.
  • I love the long walks it provides with the perfect spots to view the sunsets. Unfortunately, some carcasses that appear on the beach. Usually, it's a dead fish but I saw a dead dear on the shore last month with a seagull. Yuck.
  • Go early in week less crowded 15.00 to park all day beautiful beach but we went up to Warren Dumes Park 10.00 to park over cloud in morning but cleaned up by 10 awesome day you will not be disappointed clean bathhouse
