  • The splice of history showing the dates through the rings of an ancient slice of tree. This display really help put our time on Earth in perspective.

  • Large circular museum with lots of exhibits about the forestry and logging in the area. It is free and unique but is pretty dated and could use some upgrades. Neat totem pole out front for...

  • Very nice and clean center! Lots of information to learn about the local area and forestry; along with very nice exhibits! The wood carved sculptures throughout are beautifully done! Nice place to stop by and visit! Doesn’t take too long to go through and family friendly!
  • Beavers bend is sooooo beautiful. A for sure stop in. Me and my wife rented a air b&b it was beautiful the surrounding areas were beautiful and there was so much fun stuff to do. From the trails and the beautiful water flow.... Great time for the family or just you and your significant other 💕
  • Beautiful! They have plenty of outdoor activities, trails for hiking, wildlife, fishing, train rides, cabins to rent, places to camp, great opportunities for pictures, lots of picnic places and parking areas throughout. Get the parking pass, it's good for all places. Plenty of stores prior to entering to get drinks and snacks.
  • Clean, comfortable, affordable, and fun!!! We love Beaver's Bend State Park! This trip we stayed 3 nights in space 7 in yhe Acorn loop. It was peaceful and lovely - right on the river. We used the restrooms and showers up the hill from us. They were clean! Our favorite spots to visit to visit were the crawdad creek, the dam that feeds the river, and riding kayaks down the river. We can't wait to return!!!
  • We had so much fun walking around, learning, and experiencing the "old timey days". My kids specifically loved the Post Office and the 100 year old cabin. Learning history in a hands-on manner makes it so much more fun!
