We loved our family day out at Caberfae! My 11yo got to try snowboarding & my 7yo refreshed his memory for skiing. Their equipment was clean, solid & well maintained. All of the staff were professional, and handled the swell of crowds with proficiency. The lodge was tidy & welcoming. Bathrooms had good sized stalls & were very clean. Prices for hot food/drinks were reasonable. The fireplace was delightful. We pre-booked our passes & rental, which saved us 40%. We will be back!!

Absolutely great location because of the high snowfall band and local snowmobile scene. Nice lodging but plan ahead because it does get busy and booked up for the holidays. Sometime they have excellent specials for kids and reasonable season passes. Some of the longest runs in Michigan.

A wonderful family friendly ski hill. We really appreciate the family lodge with space putting in ski gear and lots of plugs for crock pots. Lift tickets are affordable as well, something that is uncommon at Michigan ski resorts.

Plenty of space to wear yourself out. Ski-in lodge with multiple dining options. Very friendly people and the most simple small resort experience. If staying at the lodge, a main floor locker is included that blow dries all your gear overnight. Hot tub and heated pool are just icing on the cake.

Great ski place for beginners and intermediate. Experts can have fun with friends/fam who aren't as advanced. Some great runs all skiiers can start together and end together but find their own level fun along the way. Very reasonable pricing. Could use better food options. Needs another fireplace. A good time was had by all.
