  • We attended a concert here given by the Schola Cantorum of the London Oratory School. Quite wonderful and in such a splendid setting.

  • Met McGowan who works at the church. While I took pictures from my camera around beautiful Harvard Campus and Cambridge. She asked where I came from. I said North Carolina. She said she is from Chapel Hills. I said from Raleigh. Small World. She invited me inside of the church. It was such a massive and gorgeous church. I told her I am 8x great grandnephew of Sir George Downing who studied theology at Harvard University.Class of 1642. We are the Downing/ Winthrop family of Boston and Salem during the 17th Century. Cheers
  • Saw the Christmas in Harvard Square boys choral concert here. Just a lovely experience. And I'm by no means deeply aware of this art form, just wanted to get out in some cold and hopefully snow (we did!) with the fam and get the holiday feel going (we did!). But after reading up on the art form and this particular group in the event pamphlet it's quite impressive! The director has been all over the world and was an organist at St. Paul's Cathedral in London so I imagine that's the apex for that vocation (and one of my favorite places on earth). There are still tickets available for the next show on the 18th if you're looking for something to do!!
  • It has been my parish since I moved to Boston. It is so beautiful😍 also, the community is welcoming 🙏🏻
  • For the best liturgical music in greater Boston you are hard pressed to find any congregation with the history and resources of Harvard University's magnificent Catholic parish St Paul's. Billed as the best boy's choir in North America their weekly contribution spans repertoire Mediaeval, Renaissance, Classical, Romantic and Modern. Go to listen or to sing in one of Cambridge, Massachusetts' many American architectural wonders.
  • The marble, statuary, paintings and general beauty of this church should not be missed. The choir of angels could welcome one to the Pearly Gates. It has to be the gem stone and top treasure of the Boston Archdiocese. Michelangelo would definitely approve. Breath taking beauty and artistry in all respects. Artists and craftsmen of superb quality and talent.
