    It was off season, but the addition of the boardwalk is a bonus. There was also a spot that I could take my mobility scooter on the beach. I wish they all were this way it is helpful for mothers...

    Wonderfully clean and well-kept beach between Wilmington and Southport. Small town feel with lots of things to do in walking distance.

    There used tp be a lot of good things about this town. However now that you have to pay $5 an hour to park ANYWHERE, it's become less fun. What's even worse is that it is apparently impossible to pay....  more
