The Veggie Wagon, Carolina Beach

A nicely appointed store from coffee to cold drinks. They sell fish and meat too. There are prepared meals, sandwiches and salads.

Not many vegan options for a veggie wagon. I don't do dairy or gluten and I thought this would be a good choice for finding food I could eat. Loved the store and if you don't have dietary restrictions a good place. EDIT I did ask for help but was told they didn't have much. He certainly did not tell me about the vegan ice cream. Maybe sold out? With the hurricane possibly hitting the next day.... I will try again next year I was really excited and had been told how good everything was there. I did get a vegan muffin and the best gluten free crackers I have ever had.

What a cute little shop! Lots of local goodies! We picked up some take and bake foods, locally made salsa, beers (and they had gluten free options!), and a couple grab and eat options!

Loved their unique offerings of delicious foods in practical packaging for an easy meal at home. We had the Mexican street corn dip with a great baguette and home-baked apple crisp with cinnamon gelato. Yum!

What a cool vibe!!! Don't let the name fool you! This place has veggies and everything else that is good to eat and drink! Veggies, wine, beer on tap, coffees, food to go, deserts etc..... local foods. The staff is centered on anticipating your needs. Nice people.
