  • I just want to single out the dreadful magic carpet. It is poorly designed or maintained -- requiring first time skiers to slog up an icy incline to get onto the ramp. People were regularly wiping...

  • The resort was amazing! I took my wife and 2 boys for the first time and we all loved it. The rentals, lift tickets, and lessons were affordable. The food was a little pricey but that is to be expected at a resort. They allow you to bring your own food and they really make it a fun and memorable experience.
  • We visited today to snow tube. Tickets are sold in 2 hour increments. Reserve early because spots fill up quick. We booked a few weeks in advance to get a spot for four people. I'd recommend an early start time around 10. It starts to get busy at lunchtime and the lines get longer and slower. There are lanes reserved for super little kiddos and bigger kids. The rest is for everyone. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We all had a good time. Concessions are a bit pricey. We ordered a Pepsi and fries for $10...they don't do free refills. The lodge is nice and there are plenty of restrooms. PS to my plus size ladies, if I can snow tube, so can you! There's no weight limit and it's a lot of fun!
  • Took my girls for some beginners snowboarding lessons. The teachers were absolutely fantastic. They spent a ton of time with my girls and gave them personal attention to help them get started on the right foot. The clerk who signed us up for the classes wasn't great, she charged one of the girls for extra because of her age but then both girls ended up in the same class. Other than that, great experience all around.
  • Took my family sledding here last year, and we loved it! Plenty of "rows" to slide down on. A couple of the workers made it even more fun by spinning anyone who wanted some extra excitement. The lodge was adequate to go in and get warm and buy something to eat and drink. We're heading back this year to try the skiing. We're all beginners, so we'll see how it goes!
  • They were making snow all day while we were there, and it was frankly a very disappointing experience. Every ride on every slope was painful, even with the appropriate gear, and visibility was very limited. Many times we’d get to the bottom of a hill completely covered in a thin layer of ice due to the machines. I understand they need to make snow to stay in business, but I’m used to resorts balancing when/where they conduct snow making operations to minimize the impact on their customers. Don’t sacrifice my experience for a future customer.
