Onyx Cave, Cave City

I loved this cave experience! Our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time and answered questions. The rock shop was neat too and really well priced. Got myself a little rock tree. And the employees were happy to answer any questions I had in the shop. They were friendly and knew all about the different kinds of rocks. They didn't mind all of my questions. If you want to visit a cave, try this one out!

It is a short and sweet tour. The cave formations are amazing, the onyx structures are beautiful. Its a small cave located on a relatively small property (comparing it to Mammoth Cave), but it is totally worth it. If you are visiting Mammoth Cave or just drive down i-65, its a must visit. Also the view from small hill where cave shop is located is beautiful.

Stopped by here on my way to Louisville and it was definitely worth it! The rock shop was cute and the tour was awesome. The cave goes pretty deep and has a ton of stairs, so be aware of that. There are some narrow paths. The cave formations are beautiful!!!

Cool little cave. Don’t skip out on this one! Loved by both young and older of our group! Laid back atmosphere! It’s a quick tour. It does have a lot of stairs to climb but not too bad!

I really can't say enough nice things. Every employee there was great. The man that did our tour was very patient with our little girl who was having a hard time, and was a little scared. We were originally going to go to Mammoth Cave again, but decided to go with a place with a shorter tour because of our little girl. I'm so happy we chose to go here. Also, their gift shop prices were better than others in the area.
